Red Lobster - Manger is a liar

HOMESTEAD, FLORIDA -- Went to this Red Lobster in Homestead when finish eating paid my bill. When I got home I noticed they over charged me. Called back the following day and spoke with the manager he told me that he was sorry and that for the mistake the meal was on the house and that he will refund my credit card the full amount which was about 70.00 dollars. After waiting about three weeks my credit card was not refunded so when I called him he told me since my card was not refunded that I could go through the restaurant and he will refund my the money. I agreed, when I got there he didn't even show his face to tell me sorry he sent a employee. Second he went back on his words and sent his employee to tell me that he will only refund the over charged item and you think anybody would like to go back to something like that where the manager want even show his face to say sorry. Or go back on his words what type of manager or restaurant are they running where they don't give a $&(@ about their customers being satisfied. I will never step in that place again.

Yep - this is a place to avoid. Thanks for letting people know. Management can make a big difference in the customer's experience.
