NY, NEW YORK -- My tracking # said my package was out for delivery on 12/3/1220 left Maspeth that morning. Called customer service 13 hrs later they said package was overlooked but I would definitely have it. Tue no package. Tracking said nobody home this is a lie 3rd of many lies to follow. Called again customer service again they were going to find out what was going on and would call within an hour with an explanation. No call of course. We made 3 calls that night, we were finally told we would have it Wed. I met the driver in the parking lot he scanned for my package and said it was on the truck but he would bring it up as he had a lot of stuff. He never came up. Customer service had another few lies to tell. I met the driver again the next day he said he had it then he did not his holiday helper found it. This was a nightmare 4 days and a dozen lies to travel approx" 5 miles.

Sorry that you had such tough time. This time of year any kind of delivery can be crazy, but they should never have given you the runaround. Did you end up getting your package?
