Quadrafire Pellet Stoves - Terrible service
I have only had my Pellet Stove for 1 year and already there have been 2 sensor problems in a 2 week span. Worse the dealer who installed is not allowed to service anymore and because of this I had to wait 10 days each time for the next available service tech to come out. Even though all parts were still covered by warranty, I still had to pay $155 each visit, because these people" were out of my service area" Not Fair! Not enough techs qualified to service, so no choices. This system is used because it is WINTER! Having to wait 10 days when the 1st issue was only resolved 3 days before is not good enough. That is 10 days of having to use another, more expensive form of heating my home, ie. propane, which is why I bought the Quadrafire to begin with!!! Not a happy Customer!
