Priceline.com - Costly Mistake

I travel every two weeks and need a rental car, so I've rented a lot of cars without difficulty. However, I just rented through Priceline.com and was charged for 2 weeks instead of 2 days. I called to correct this, however their "policy" does not allow changes. I requested a voucher instead for future trips, yet they refused this. So, I'm out hundreds of dollars. So much for savings. Priceline certainly made this trip extra stressful (and expensive!) I used to be an advocate (not to mention excellent customer) of Priceline, now I will advocate against the online site so others don't have to experience the same unfortunate challenge.

Was this rental put on your C.C.? Dispute the charge and be done with these toads.

Well said ok4now, Priceline has proven over and over they are toads and fools out to steal as much as they can get away with.
