Priceline.com - Costly Mistake

I travel every two weeks and need a rental car, so I've rented a lot of cars without difficulty. However, I just rented through Priceline.com and was charged for 2 weeks instead of 2 days. I called to correct this, however their "policy" does not allow changes. I requested a voucher instead for future trips, yet they refused this. So, I'm out hundreds of dollars. So much for savings. Priceline certainly made this trip extra stressful (and expensive!) I used to be an advocate (not to mention excellent customer) of Priceline, now I will advocate against the online site so others don't have to experience the same unfortunate challenge.
