Spirit Incentives - Free Vacation

Email - Complaint

FLORIDA -- I received a "free vacation" from Spirit Incentives. I was sent an email which I cannot open. My computer states the PDF file has a problem. I have tried to contact the company without success. They only tried to contact me one time. I have no other means to contact them other than through the PDF file with a reply. The email states not to reply. Nevertheless I don't appear to be getting the "free trip" because I cannot respond to them to set the schedule for the trip!

Let me break this to you slowly. You didn't hit the lottery and there is no free vacation. This is a scam, you don't get something for nothing. Delete this from your junk email and forget about it.

Have you not tried to contact them via telephone ?

Please be careful if you are able to contact them. I have a feeling that it is a scam and the 'free vacation' is more expensive than if you booked it on your own.

The first thing that comes to mind is SCAM. Did you enter a contest of some kind? Have you had dealings with this company in the past? What did you do that would have you believe this is on the up-and-up?

It just might be you are fortunate you can't open the PDF. It may well be you just avoided a virus.

Did the e-mail come from someone in Nicaragua?

If you are tech savvy - look at the URL the email was sent from. It may say Spirit Airlines in it but I bet it is not from them. Be careful.

The "free vacation" probably comes with the requirements that you have an annual income of at least 25,000

Sorry, posting without logging in.
We've received similar offers through snail mail. Both partners, if married, must go on the vacation. Then, both must sit through a time-share spiel, which is at least 90 minutes long. After that, the hard sell.
