Resolution Update on 01/15/2013:
The manager did give me a price match after this post and the carpet was install. I will say if you are not happy call them
DEARBORN HT, MICHIGAN -- Empire qoute 3 time in one sitting and final after reaching a real price we agreed to a install if they could match a small local carpet company.
The salesman stated he could until the day before the install and than he stated he could match as the quote was to low. So I had to cancel my birthday party as I had no carpet. Thanks empire for poor service oooh I forgot you can't help as the match price program only applies when you want it to. ON a scale of 1-10 they are a -2
