Spirit Airline - Trip From the Hell and More Scam
Delay and Bag Fee - Complaint

BALTIMORE, VIRGINIA -- I was flying from Baltimore and my flight was delayed 5 hours. They claim it is a weather condition, it was foggy but other planes were flying fine. In addition to that I was charge for my personal item fee because it had wheels. Manager said everything with wheels, even if it fits in the size allowed.

The thing about weather delays is that it doesn't always have to be bad where you are, it can also be bad where your plane is coming from. If the plane isn't there, they can't fly it. Of course the other consideration is that you chose to fly the worst airline ever conceived by mankind.

You weren't clear on the personal item issue. If a carry on item fits in the "guide" that they provide it is acceptable. If it has wheels it must also fit completely under the seat or in the overhead bin, wheels and frame included to be acceptable.
