O FALLON, MISSOURI -- I called to confirm the description of a firearm this company had listed on an Internet sales site. "Shelby" answered the phone & was so rude during my short conversation with him that I just told him to keep the product.
A prior complaint I read on this company was extreme rudeness from Shelby. I'll NEVER spend money these people. If they are that rude during an initial contact I can just imagine what it would be like trying to resolve a problem with them. There are just too many sellers with better customer service to mess with these guys.
