Verizon - Rude Rude Rude Customer Service

TEWKSBURY, MASSACHUSETTS -- Called to ask a question not only were they very rude and also had to put me on hold to get an answer any employee should know. I understand people can be new but that doesn't excuse them of being rude. I am cancelling service and will never do business with them again.

I had a similar problem with Verizon's customer service and attitude about 5 years ago. Like you, I took my business to another provider. I've been happy ever since. A simple business transaction: Your company treats me rudely and a competitor gets new business. Thank you for the review!
