COOKVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I was in the Cookville store on 11/24/2012. I was leaving when I slipped and fell on a sign that had fell from there ceiling. When I talked to the manager she treated me like trash. Then their insurance company Sedgwick called me and offered me 200 in cash. I said fine then they tell me I don't deserve that. Ok that's fine, this store treated me bad like I was nothing. I can't believe they treat people like this. If you need more info you can contact me.

Thank you.

Were you injured? If so retain a good personal injury lawyer. If not you have no case.

Companies don't get touchy feely when incidents like this occur. If you saw a doctor, were treated, then you may be able to go after them. If not, I would take the money and run or limp away.

The fact that they implied "you don't deserve $200" makes it sound like a relatively minor injury occurred, whether true or not. Unfortunately, you may have suffered some pain or injury that feels like it is worth $500, but it could be hard or impossible to collect without bills.
