WESTBURY, NEW YORK -- Like many others, I am frustrated with Guardmaster's customer service and their response. I have been calling them for the last 2 months to send a technican to assemble the replacement parts that have been sitting in my living room for 2 months and can't get anyone to answer my calls, voice mails or emails. The worst company I ever delt with.

I would assume there's some previous story that culminated in this. It would have been helpful to know what it was.

What is GuardMaster and why would they be assembling replacement parts?
