FORT MYERS -- Had problem with mcafee firewall turning itself off and called customer support for help. They accessed my computer twice and corrupted the registry and now my computer won't start up and when I try to run a scan with the mcafee antivirus software my computer shuts off. Iv'e spent more then 6 hours, no joke, on the phone with them. NOw they say I must pay web masters $129.00 to fix my computer that the techs at mcafee destroyed. The worst customer, non-American speaking, service possible. STAY AWAY FROM MCAFEE PRODUCTS
