AAA Texas - Won't Answer Calls for Assistance

LUBBOCK, TEXAS -- I called numerous times to get assistance by calling the 1-800 number provided on my membership card...after being on hold over 5 minutes, it dropped my call. every single time I called it dropped me. At 6am, I do not need a dropped call, I NEEDED HELP!!! I ended up having to call my son-in-law, who lives 20 miles away to help me....WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?!?!?!?!
