Suddenlink - POOR Service for Internet
ST JOSEPH, MISSOURI -- For 3 wks now, since Nov 30th, I have had probs with the internet service provided by Suddenlink. All of my addresses in my mailbox (approximately 80) and all the emails I had left in the inbox were gone. I called almost everyday wanting answers, but was told their "experts" were working on it. No date when it would be fixed was given.
I finally put in as many as I could find and then was able to send some emails. Of course though now it sends the email, but puts like 6 incomplete copies in the draft box. I have gotten my older emails returned, but I'm still waiting on the address box to be returned. Still no time frame given. What kind of "experts" do they have?
