NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I placed an in store order, (paid in full) at Z Gallerie in Nashville TN. Two months before Christmas. I was told it would be 2 weeks for my delivery. It all goes wrong from here. They called and gave me a time not asking for a time ( so my husband takes off work for half day), to be there on their time. Furniture arrives damaged, after refusal of furniture, I spent the other half of the day trying to get someone on the line for customer service. Finally speaking with CS, I was told it would take an additional 2 weeks for a new dresser, when I asked about a express delivery so it could be here before Christmas, explaining to them it was a gift for my daughter. They couldn't and wouldn't bend. Then asking for a full refund, they said I would have to pay $95.00. Please be aware Z Gallerie has no Heart for no one, not even kids on Christmas.

When you state that the furniture arrived damaged, could you specify how? Are we talking about something very minor that could have barely been noticed or something on a more grand scale?
