Kmart.com Did Not Return My Money
ILLINOIS -- Kmart.com failed to deliver the items that I ordered online. They made an error and canceled my order. Mistakes happen and I am not a judgmental person even though that was a gift that I did need. But the thing is that they DID NOT return my money. I spent many, many hours on the phone with their customer service. They said it would take 4-6 weeks for the money to be sent back to my credit card. Never happened.
Three months later I spoke with one of their managers (after a few customer service employees hung up on me) and he said that their system shows that the money was returned. When I assured him that I never got my money and I offered to email him my statements he didn't seem to care and he hung up! I was so tired and frustrated that I cried. Needless to say, they still have not sent me the money.
