AT&T - Nightmares Galore!!
Uverse - Complaint
PASADENA, CALIFORNIA -- Have had major nightmares setting up my internet with Uverse (ATT). Just received a "welcome" letter from D. Cogswell and saw your post. I've called customer service and am told a supervisor would get back to me as they were all busy. I got an astronomical bill after being told 11/6 they would take off charges for a tech (who never showed) coming out. They didn't and I've never heard back (almost a week later) from a supervisor. My bill should be $177 and once paid I receive a $50 rebate gift card, however, the bill they sent was $645. to set up internet in a small 1 bedroom cottage, not. I would like to be in touch with the Executive Director, Customer Relationship Management (I feel this is an oxymoron) as all I'm getting are a bunch of I'm sorries!
