Nextel Complaint - The Nasal echo Sound

(the ins company for Nextel) use phone but ok I ran my other one over -a 730.
It was 7/7/05 two week and something was wrong.
I drive truck all over East West North to Soth in the Us.
Had to be the Phone
Just some info :
I have 5 people on my Plan.
So I have a extra phone a 530 switch back down to that and of coarse still echo it was like I plug my nose with cotton.People I talk to laugh how can I call Customers and carry on with my job when I sound like I'am in a trash can.
Called Nextel /Sprint they had just merged at the beingning of July.
Itsin the phone take it in its in the Phone (Nextel Rep says)
So into the service center I go.
Sorry not the Phone switch back up to 710 still echo.
Then call Nextel again again its in your Phone sir you need to take it to a srvice center
well in on I 25 head to I-80 to go to Salt Lake city and some was watching out for me and bam
The service center Downtown Fort Collins walk in and ask if they could help me started to explain my problem and she ask if I could wait as she had other Customers they left and she ask what the problem was and as I start with this nasal sound explanation she stop me and said
"Your 1 of 100 in the front range that has the problem" I explain it was some places worse then other.
I am almost done with the story bear withme.
She handed me a card It was like the a of Diamond with a $100,00 bet on the line and now I had 21.
The name on the Card is a WESTERN State Nextel Rep that was the prayer sent.
Call him and he explain as:
3 lane hwy Nextel and a 3 lane hwy Sprint
Merged 7/1/05 not side by side But one on top of the other and its all fu...up(sorry) but his words and
IF THEY WERE TO PULL THEM APART THEY(NEXTEL!!!

Not Really I have 7 not 2 but 7 work order numbers that have not been solve or call back to me THE CUSTOMER and ask if the problem was solved.Anytime I call oh the work order was fixed or yes we fixed that then I called and up the chain I went sitting in Reno not moving and there for 8hours 1 super to the next to the next.I confronted them on there problem I new about and well what happen///
Yep the phone cal just happen to drop.
So now I have Ver..n Its the broadband card I already had so why not there Phones 5 phones and the card You will see ther story on there company on the site also .
I have only now delt with nextels nonpayment company and its been 23 days since they would let me Know what will happen but what I have learn don't every give up again don't EVER EVER give up FIGHT and take notes who when where time date on what phone time of call anything and everything.
If they can give the NFL 6 million for the half time show of The Superbowl.
There lies to millions paid for it and as the customer we should get free service if they don't provide what they Promise.Idrive a truck and have my own company
My policy if I load your Freight and its late getting there or damage when it gets to the deliver point You don't pay a thing.
