Red Lobster - Service and Food
The worst service we ever had!! We will not go back to this restauraunt again. Ask for 2 bwls of clam chowder, received 2 "so called cup servings" instead (about 6 or 7 spoonfuls),and paid 4.25 for each one. Then the waitress had the nerve to say "sorry, I wasn't paying attention to what you said". Then she brings my wife's food, and messed up her order and she waited for the right one and by that time, her food was cold. Paid 45 dollars for over priced food and water. Will not go back!!!

This is one of the reasons to avoid chains, and especially Red Lobster.
When they make mistakes, which is way too often, it can be very distressing because it takes additional time. Ruins the whole experience, and no amount of compensation is enough in my opinion.
Seems to me that if you ordered bowls of soup and they delivered cups, that should be able to be corrected within a few minutes (at a real restaurant). Based on the rest of the visit, maybe it is better you didn't get the larger size at a higher price. You may want to shove OG over the side and tack to a different choice next time.
