Groupon Fails to Deliver
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I purchased a Groupon for a sail on San Francisco Bay. I have been unable to make reservations for this sail--every time I try, the merchant has no availability or fails to respond to my requests. Groupon has not resolved this problem to my satisfaction. It appears that the merchant--Bay Area Excursions--has done the same thing to others.
How can Groupon do business with such a merchant? How can Groupon do so little to help a loyal customer? I no longer trust Groupon and recommend you exercise caution before giving them any business.
