Guardsman - Repaired Leather Couch --- Repaired With No Problems.
Warranty Repair - Compliment

COLUMBUS, OHIO -- With all the negative reviews I was very worried my repair was going to be a nightmare. But it was the exact opposite. I made sure my claim was in with in 5 days of the incident and followed the instructions guardsman sent to me.
They scheduled a technician to come out promptly. The tech was actually a sub contractor. "Robs Custom Upholstery" was the company that actually did the service. The owner of the company was also the repairman. He was very nice and professional.
The repair was completed in about an hour and it looks fantastic. He completely removed permanent ink stains from my leather couch and cleaned area matched the rest of the couch nicely.
Did I get lucky? I don't know. But I do know that the warranty I bought was honored and repairs were completed to my satisfaction.
