Verizon Complaint - Worst customer service.
NASHUA, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- I recently switched my phone service to Verizon to take advantage of the DSL/phone combo package. Oh boy, what a horrible mistake I have made!!.. The very next day they switched over the phone, it was dead. I had one week old baby at home and I had to be away on official duty. I called up Verizon customer service and pleaded to send somebody to repair the line. I tried all tricks in my bag.. Pleaded, shouted, every thing but same wooden response. " We understand your concern, but unfortunately we couldn't send anybody before Saturday" And Saturday is 3 days away. Here I am sitting in west coast with my wife and 1 week old baby alone at home in east coast with no way to contact them. Now I curse the moment I decided to make the switch. I have not seen a customer service so insensible in their "service" to the customer.
Don't ever switch to Verizon !!!...
