AMEX - Worst Customer Service EVER!!

FRANKLIN, INDIANA -- These people are the biggest joke I have ever seen. I called customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes to be told they could not help me, and that I needed to call a second number. I called this number for 3 days and was either put on hold for 3 hours or hung up on.

I find their customer service to be most excellent and I never have a problem getting through to them. Possibly you were given the wrong number to call. Check their website or your online account for the correct number.
