CALIFORNIA -- I very rarely get off at this Taco Bell and the one time that I do has me wondering what happens to my food while I'm in the drive thru.
Ice machine doesn't drop ice, I let manager no and he tells me he'll take a look.
I'm waiting for my burrito they put cheese in and still no ice. I go to get paper towels and all containers empty. I ask if I can get my burrito, girl in front ask what happened with it. Manager and other employes talking about party. Another customer asks for Ice and is told their out.

Oh you were serious about wanting a burrito, ice and paper towels from them? HA HA HA... You definitely went to the wrong place. These people make Subway look good!!
