cable technician - Compliment

READING, PENNSYLVANIA -- To Whom it may concern,
I am very happy to write about an employee of Comcast who I feel showed the up most professionalism on the job. His name is Chris Roberts, and his tech number is #9684,
and is based out of Reading, Pennsylvania. About a month ago, we ordered Skype from Comcast. When it came, We hooked it up, along with Comcast's technical support.
When we finally had everything hooked up, we skyped our son who lives in New Hampshire. It was wonderful. When we were done, and we exited put of Skype, we could not get reception on the high def. we had just a cloudy screen. To make a long story short, we had two technicians come out. The first one admitted he didn't know much about the Skype, but said he would get back to me. Never did. The second technician would never listen to explanation, and was very rough with handling wires and boxes. After we called once again, with no luck yet, Chris Roberts was the third tech to arrive. He listened to every word we said without interrupting. Chris also was able to figure out the problem, even though he wasn't really familiar with the Skype also. he was very courteous and kind, and always kept a smile. He really made you feel like the customer was the boss. People like Chris Roberts do not come down the road everyday, and I feel Comcast should know how special this guy is. He went out of his way to make sure everything was corrected before he departed our house, and he even boosted our signal without request. This compliment comes from a guy who really don't hand out a lot of compliments, but knows when someone is true and sincere.
Thank you
