Airborne Express - Delivery Is Sorry and Slower Than a Turtle.
Letter and Package Delivery - Complaint

I took out a contract with Airborne Express to deliver mail to me out of the country. We have been gone 4 months and received two letters. It took 3 weeks to get the first and second letter. It should only take 3 days to Miami, Fl. a day to Panama and a day from Panama to surrounding areas. Say it takes 2 days to other areas that is still only 6 days.
If a letter comes to you here you have to wait a day as they don't disperse until after 3pm. At least they are not still closed for lunch. They do not have mailboxes for each individual to pick up their mail either. To mail a letter is 20.00. The latest is the message I got from them in Miami saying I have a package being sent to me and I can not have it until I provide them with an invoice.
I did not purchase the contents. There is no way on the e-mail they sent to me get the info back to them. I waited 30 minutes
on the phone with their customer service group for assistance and I had to give it up. So, I am going to town and tell them to send the package back to the sender.
There is a group here who are superior and much cheaper and
provide mailboxes to those who want them and use Miami addresses to. I am through with Airborne Express.
