PHOENIX, IDAHO -- I waited forever to get my car. It wasn't the car I had reserved, but a much smaller Fiat and the price ended up being double what I was expecting. I called the company after my trip to complain. I was on hold for 30 minutes. The reason it cost more money is because they added insurance. I specifically declined the extra coverage but they put it on there anyway.
If you decline the coverage, make sure they get it right.
I will not rent from them again.
