3 months that is how long I have waited to receive my item only to have it cancelled. On top of all the delays and mistakes by Skymall Customer Service they double billed my CC for $316 and I am still trying to get my credits. When I finally got a decent person who truly tried to help, in the resolution dept., she did her best to get my credits straight and placed another order with Improvements.

I finally got the lamp only to find it was defective and one of the LED bulbs would not work. So I sent it back with their RMA# and filled the form stating I want the lamp replaced not credited. I wrote emails I called I even called Improvements CS to make sure it was replaced not credited.

So guess what. Was it replaced. NO, it was cancelled and I was told I had to reorder the lamp. For 3 months I have waited and got more and more frustrated with person after person and mistake after mistake only to be told "you will not get the lamp replaced the order is cancelled and you can reorder it" Skymall is nothing but a middle-man, don't waste your time, better to go straight to the vendor. I wish I had, as I would have my lamp and far more hair.
