King Of Swords - Took the Money, but Never Send Products

MARIETTA, GEORGIA -- Dear Sirs, here are some facts : I ordered a "Blade runner PDK" to kingofsword the 22nd of June 2012 for a value of 138.88 US$ (Expedition to France + product).
They took the money by the 25th of June 2012. Then I have no news and can't obtain any, despite numerous mails that I send to them. They finally gave an answer the 20th of July 2012 saying that it will be send directly from their supplier. Since this day I have no news despite again mails to them. I send mail (the 3rd of September 2012)to ask for expedition or refunding of the money. But I have no news since this date.

Try calling their retail store to actually talk to someone.
