SAN JOSE COSTA RICA -- They are overt crooks : Avoid at all cost. This company ie Hertz would be wise to immediately shut down this operation. I for one will never rent from this company again.
1. Agreed rental via Internet
2. Upon arriving full insurance previously agreed upon increased by $600.00 for 11 day rental
3. Company demanded to hold another $1,200 " as deposit which would no be returned until one later/ right ???
So it was going to be 3 K for 11 days
Later just a cab for 150 miles which in the end added more to the trip but at I did not get screwed by them
