YUMA, ARIZONA -- I find it very difficult arriving at the Albertson's store, in Yuma Arizona, with a friendly greeting, or how are you today. I finall have started to shop at Walmart, because of the friendly atmosphere they have created, in the past year. When I visited Joe Albertson, in Casper, Wyoming 1962' he was friedly and every employee, from the G. M. Jerry Knight to the lowest, on the totem-pole was courtious. I guess those days are long gone. P.S. I only shop at friendly stores, money is not an object. robertfowlkes33@gmail. com

Good luck finding friendly service when the average employee today in the service industry makes a salary that is under poverty level and has to work 2+ jobs to make ends meet.

The only store I get friendly service at is Basha's. I think that's because I've been going there for so long and all the employees know me by now. I don't get friendly service at Walmart. Even the door greeters ignore me sometimes

I hate Albertson's as well. Although mine is in Blythe,CA and the only grocery store in town. Most employees are rude and the prices are so unbelievably high they have a separate flier due to different prices then are advertised on TV. I actually drive out of town (approx 2 hours) and shop monthly at Costco and Wal-Mart and save money rather then shop at this Albertsons. I usually would only shop at friendly stores myself when possible. Vote with your feet.
