ANSONIA, CONNECTICUT -- I placed an order for delivery. I ordered 2 cheesy breads, 3 garlic sauces and one blue cheese. The manager, Adele? I believe was her name (not sure).. Said my order came to 18.21. So my husband questioned the price, I called back and repeated my order and asked why 18. She informed us there was a 1.75 delivery charge, and we said ok fine. The order gets here and it's 26.71. The delivery driver is saying we also ordered a pizza. I said nothing about pizza.. He calls this woman and she's insisting I ordered a pizza that was 7.99. There was no talk of a pizza, I asked if I could just pay for the cheesy breads and she said if your not paying for the whole order send it back. I asked her if she was serious, and she said yes and preceeded to argue with me that I ordered a pizza which I would not because I only had a $20 on me. I understand your a big chain and probably don't care about losing one or two customers. But you have lost my family's business. That manager is very unprofessional, instead of fixing the situation, letting me pay for my original order and taking back the pizza THEY sent by mistake.. She made the situation worse. I love your food, but will NEVER order now because of the people you have working in my town location. We just got in from work, 11pm on a Thursday..I'm on medication that requires me to eat. I took my meds thinking my food was coming and now I'm aggravated, hungry, and too tired to cook. I would sincerely hope that I am contacted and the issue is resolved, but if not you won't have my family or my business.
