PAINTSVILLE, KENTUCKY -- We ordered and paid for counter tops in September was told they would be installed in 4-6 weeks now its Christmas and they still can't say when the counter tops will be delivered Lowes oversold this product BIG TIME

It probably is but Lowes is responsible because that is where they placed the order. And good luck. My Cortian order through Home Depot was a disaster which took four different trips to get the small kitchen counters made to specified sizes and ultimately installed, and was done wrong anyway...and HD wouldn't do a thing about it. Absolutely refused to act on this! I had no contract with the company that fabricated and installed that mess - my contract was with HD.

Good Luck - but don't hold your breath.

I believe Lowes outsources it counter tops. Review your contract and if they're not fulfilling your order within an agreed upon time, you may find it better to go somewhere else.
