AAPR Drug Insurance - Complaint
Called AARP for prescription insurance coverage, as I just started Medicare.
First "representative" and I filled out forms on cell phone for 2 HOURS!!! A few days later, I got letter said I needed to call them with my Medicare number spent 3 HOURS on the phone...mostly on hold, being switched to everyone but the night janitor! Guess what...letter in the mail today, saying AARP "could not accept my request because of reason(s) checked below"....did not get information listed in their request!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am now on the cell for over an hour, Friday December 21, 2012 waiting for a supervisor's review of this problem....
