TURLOCK, CALIFORNIA -- I was on my lunch at about 130pm, I ordered a chicken sandwich with spuds and a root beer, the clerk said they would have to make one could I wait 5 minutes. I said yes being that I already paid for the meal. It was ready in 5 minutes and they even gave me an extra spud for my wait. Great service some thing free!

Then I eat my chicken sandwich and one of the sides of spuds, within a few hours I was so dehydrated from the salt/seasoning in the spuds. Its like they deep fried them in old oil. Just to make sure it was the food I then ate the second side of spuds and that night I had to drink so much water and fluids I did not recover till Friday.
They should follow the proper procedures mostly when dealing with food

They may have over salted the spuds but old fryer oil probably is not to blame. There are six things that break fryer oil down and salt is one. The others are air, carbon, water, soap, and heat. If I was that sensitive to sodium I sure wouldn't have eaten the 2nd order" Just to make sure".

If the oil was bad, I'm guessing you have known it while eating the potatoes - they should have tasted bad.

I would also have guessed that if there was too much salt, that would have been obvious in the taste. You can often tell when something like potatoes is loaded with salt.
