Sears - Poor Customer Satisfaction. Return Policy a Night Mare
Notebook - Complaint
JAMESTOWN, NEW YORK -- I ordered a laptop on the net. It came, but was not the one I thought it was. I wanted a laptop but received a notebook. I could tell from the size it was not what I wanted. I returned it to store next day unopened.
To make a long story short. NO matter who I talk to I can not get this removed from my account. I have contacted a total of 10 people in Sears. (Customer Service has been rude, I have been lied to treated like I am not important. I have a receipt that shows the item was returned. This is not the issue, the problem is that they used a drop shipper and cannot find the item. So, they are making that my punishment, and will not take item off my card. I have been promised 6 times it will be taken off but it never is. I was told now, there is nothing they can do. This should be a no brainer, and legally I should not have to pay for something that was returned and they lost. I have 10 phone calls and 30 hours into this and can't seem to get anywhere...BUYER BEWARE!!!
