Direct TV - Not One Monthly Bill Was Correct...... Ever. I Had To Call Every Single Month
GLOBALLY, ARIZONA -- I signed up for Direct TV in April 2012. I got a special for the first 12 months, which was supposed to be $35/mo. Every single month since then, they charge me TONS of erroneous charges, sometimes totaling over $100/mo, and I have to call EVERY single month and go through hell to have it corrected. I have not had ONE correct bill. They have also added extra pay channels, more than once, that I have to call to get removed and have the charges removed so that I am not being charged extra for them. I had Dish Network before Direct TV, and never had ANY problems like this with them. I would NEVER recommend Direct TV to anyone I know, and furthermore, will be happy to share my monthly hell with them and direct them to Dish network. The one positive I will say is that the customer service reps were always extremely helpful and always corrected Direct TV's billing mistakes.
