Target Digital Gift Cards Were Not Delivered As Promised.

Target advertised their digital gift cards are delivered to cell phones within 4 hours. For 24 hours they are saying they will be delivered soon. Now, they are saying they should be delivered in another 24 hours. This is totally unacceptable. That will be late on Christmas Eve. That is too late for my young grandchildren who have been waiting for these cards for two days now.
