SALEM, WEST VIRGINIA -- Poor repair service- no customer service rep has knowledge of problems or do they care- I am sure if they don't get paid then maybe the service will be better- reported this problem will be 1 week as of 12/27/12- just received an automated call pushing repair back into the 1st. Week of January. They say it is due to the phone lines that have not been maintained by Verizon- did they not know this before- slow service- every time it rains our phone does not work- just fix the problem already- quit patching and repair- we pay our bill- you should provide the service- pathetic company- should be fined by the state for piss poor service-
