Verizon Fios - Very Disappointed and Frustrated

CLINTON, MARYLAND -- I am disappointed and frustrated with the quality of services that were given to me after being with Verizon for a number of years. I recently disconnected my phone service (land line) and insisted that I wanted my wireless Internet to remain as is even though it was at a higher rate and because I need the Internet to work at home. Customer service assured me that my request was confirmed and they will be no interruption. To my surprise, my Internet was disconnected after a week. I contacted customer service and they advised that it would be back within 2 hours. Their excuse....because I disconnected the phone line, they needed to create a new account for Internet only.... My question was "why this was not communicated to me, prior to disconnecting my Internet". The internet was disconnected Friday morning and I got back services late Monday evening. I was out of service for the weekend on which I do most of my work. I was so [snip]!
