Hardees - Shorted on food
1/3 pound cheese burgers - Complaint

CLINTON, MISSOURI -- I went to the Hardees here in Clinton, 12/28/12 and ordered 5- 1/3 pound cheeseburgers. I got back to work and there were 2 - 1/3 pound cheeseburgers and 1 mushroom swiss burger. I also asked for one of them not to have any mustard and pickles on it. I was told that there wasn't any mustard or pickles on the sandwiches, there was both on the sandwiches. I went back to get the other 2 burgers, the swiss burger was okay for one of the people that were eating, and all that they could say was "oops, we all missed this sorry." Is this the standard procedure and no compensation for having to go twice to get your order.

It's hard to imagine them giving compensation at a fast food joint for errors, which is why it is a good safeguard to check your order before leaving. You shouldn't have to, but the fact is it can be expensive and time consuming to return for satisfaction. Satisfaction that is impossible to get at that point.
