Tree Classics - What a Beautiful Christmas Tree!

We purchased this tree in January, 2012 and it arrived quickly and in good shape. This Christmas, I easily assembled it myself and it is absolutely gorgeous. The branches are thick and the tree looks very realistic. All the lights lit and there were a generous amount of them on the tree. I don't understand all the negative reviews since we had the opposite experience with Tree Classics. We have enjoyed the tree the whole season and hate to have to take it down soon.

To understand the complaints, you simply need to research the company. It went bankrupt last year. Glad to hear the new company is doing something right.

If you look at the bottom of the home page, there is a link named something like "PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS".

This takes you to a page of mumbo jumbo, which after you wade through it the conclusion is previous customers are totally left out in the cold.

This is why people are leaving such negative reviews - they bought very expensive trees maybe 2, 3, 4 years ago, and there is no support for them whatsoever. Doubtlessly, the new company of the same name would love to have new customers who buy new trees.
