Electrolux - Bad Customer Service, Terrible Product

I purchased a dual-fuel range in 2010. Less than three years later, the convection fan motor failed. I ordered a replacement part directly from Electrolux and was promised next-day shipping (kind of important, because product failed during Christmas), and when it did not arrive, I waited over 20 minutes on hold with customer service only to learn that the part would arrive 2-3 business days after I ordered it. The customer service rep's attitude toward this was "too bad". For an appliance that cost almost $3000, I would expect a more reliable product and better customer service.
