Kentucky Fried Chicken - Employee Attitude

LEXINGTON, VIRGINIA -- When dining at your Lexington, Virginia location today, I had the misfortune of having an employee at the register, no greeting. After placing my order, in ordering drinks, requested one be different, very rude, told me I had ordered it, yes, but had a change. Then in placing the drinks, asked that they be marked, she didn't have to do that, then when gave us plates only one tray for 7 people. How was I to remember who got what? She kept arguing and talking back, so later I saw what I thought was a manager, asked to speak to him, told him of the incident and all he could say was how good she was. He never apologized or anything. This to me, was very upsetting. I didn't expect him to be as she was, rude, he being a manager should have had more respect for his customers, after all we are his pay check.

I would contact KFC and let them know about this. It's ridiculous to not even be acknowledged especially when you are the customer spending your money at their establishment.
