Visalus - Autoship Nightmare

Never set up an autoship with this company. They require that you contact them over the phone to cancel, and if would you do that, they can talk you out of cancelling. They now have my last autoship after I returned it unopened, and I guess I still have to pay my credit card for it. Do yourself a favor and don't hook up with Visalus company and their autoship program, Jeff

Most companies require a 'phone call' to cancel, for the very reason you stated...to high pressure and talk people out of cancelling. All I can say is don't give in to them, that's what they're trained to do. When someone calls to cancel anything, they've GOT to stick to their guns and keep saying 'NO' to whatever they try to offer.

I used Visalus for a few months before I decided I didn't like it. When I called to cancel, all they did was ask me why. When I told them I didn't like it and it was too expensive, they told me no problem and cancelled my order. They didn't try to talk me out it or use any other sale tactics.
