CVS - Bad Attitude
Refill Medicine - Complaint
LANCASTER, PENNSYLVANIA -- I was not happy at all for their service, or for their attitude toward client. They often do not communicate very clearly about the availability of medicine, and that have resulted many times that I go to the store at least twice to get my refill done. Because of the previous unhappy experiences, I learned to called them before I go to pick up my refill this time. However, it was worse. I called the store and was told my medicine was available for pick up in 15 minutes. So I went and picked it up.
After I open the bottle, I found there was only 3 pills instead of a whole bottle of 30! Oh my God, AGAIN I have to go twice! I called them and tried to hear a reasonable explanation. BUT, the reason kind of shocked me --they said they found out there were only 3 left, but they thought it was still "available" for pick up. I just need to pick up the rest another day. If they told me on the phone, I definitely would not go and would wait for one or two days to get the whole bottle. However they did not tell me until I came back home and found it out by myself. They even said there should be not much work to go back to the store. I complained to the store manager, but I did not receive any truly apology.
They finally acknowledged it was their mistake, but they said as human being, everybody makes mistakes. I would say they do not respect client's time; they do not respect people.
