US Cellular - Find a Different Carrier

Find a different carrier. The business practices of this company are very deceitful and manipulative. Contracts are extremely vague and their "customer service", should be renamed "customer screw team". We had service with them for nearly 2 years...moved to an area that they do not supply...they wanted to charge us full cancellation fees because they do not supply service to the area that we moved to, stating "we didn't make you move".
Wrote a letter to CEO/President, [snip], who did not have the common courtesy to even send back a form letter signed by her secretary.
If you are looking for a company that sticks to their word, US Cellular is not it. You would like to believe that the "simple" contracts and promise of a friendly company would be the best thing since sliced bread...but I have learned my lesson...stick with a company that has it all written in black & white...at least you know what you are getting into.
All I can say, is Buyer Beware of US Cellular!!!!!

Pretty much all of the major carriers would have told you the same thing.
