Drill - Compliment

WASHINGTON -- The store in Logview, WA has a wonderful associate named Lori. I live 15 miles from the store and was given the wrong drill by someone else. When I got home I discovered I had the wrong drill, yes, I should have checked before I left. When I returned Lori was nothing but wonderful to me. I also have a retail business in St. Helens, OR, Lori would be a wonderful person to learn people skills from!!!!!!!!
