NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- Well, for one they don't sell large pizza pies, but that's besides the point.
They sent dry old looking bread sticks without any sauce and when I called to complain they said "sorry sir, the sauce is complimentary and we didn't have anymore left." First thing is how are they complimentary and if they didn't have any sauce left they should have informed me. My name is David my email is dsautodealer@Aol.com and they can be contacted at [snip].

Papa John's and Domino's have to be the two worst chain joints. Do not expect a quality pie or any form of customer service. They advertise a "large pie" but it's actually half the size cut into 8 tiny slices. Their toppings are a joke. They pre-measure everything and give you nothing. How these people stay in business is a mystery to me.

on my last papa john's pizza order, i found out the sauce is extra, and does not automatically get included with bread sticks.
i use papa john's for all my company functions when pizza is required. other than a couple of minor issues, we have always been 100% satisfied with their quality and service.
