Levitz Furniture Corporation Complaint - Paid in full/ no delivery
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA -- After reading the other stories posted ours is quite the same. We paid in full for our dining room furniture and continued to get delayed delivery dates until we finally decided to cancel and get our refund. We found throughout the company uncaring employees who gave us the run around including the sales people all the way up to the corporate offices. We were promised a refund and went ahead and purchased our furniture elsewhere and now are promised only a store credit (which we do not need).It is unbelievable that a company can get away with this kind of practice of stealing our money with no intention of delivering our purchase. If anyone knows how we can get our refund in full we would love to hear from you.
